08.23.01 vLogix joins CGATS standards committee on variable data printing

As new members of NPES, The Association for Suppliers of Printing, Publishing and Converting Technologies, Forrest P. Gauthier, CEO and President of vLogix, and Eric Wolf, Vice President of Operations for the company, joined the CGATS standards committee on variable data exchange at the August 23-24 meeting in Toronto, Canada.

The Committee for Graphic Arts Technologies Standards (CGATS) develops technical standards development coordination in the national and international arenas as part of NPES The Association for Suppliers of Printing, Publishing and Converting Technologies, is a trade association with more than 450 member companies who manufacture and distribute equipment, systems, software, supplies used in printing, publishing and converting. The Association was founded as the National Printing Equipment Association in 1933. CGATS, the Committee for Graphic Arts Technologies Standards, is accredited by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) to develop U.S. standards for the printing, publishing and packing industry.
